Guess what, friend?
Sometimes we wait too long for someone to give us permission when we need something.
Even though we feel it in our guts:
The need to change our minds.
The need to take a break.
The need to change direction.
The need to ask a question.
The need to acknowledge our feelings.
We wait for permission.
Wait for just one more day.
Wait for someone else to say something first.
Wait for someone to notice us.
Wait for things to get worse.
It feels like we are waiting on someone else but the truth is this - that person you are waiting on is actually you.
So, go ahead and give yourself permission.
Permission to cry.
Permission to rest.
Permission to play.
Permission to laugh.
Permission to be broken.
Permission to be imperfect.
Permission to give voice to your needs.
Permission to be who you want to be.
Permission to stop keeping yourself waiting.
Haven’t you waited long enough?

Now, more than ever, we all need a little support to help get us through the rough spots. With all the pressures of life, it can be a challenge to find time to not only take care of yourself but also to truly understand who you even are anymore.
